Pspice: error orcap-15053 can not initialize Pspice UI

Hi team,

I tried to run pspice simulation but failed, error message is below:

Is it because I installed both 16.6 and 17.2 version of Allegro? How to solve the issue?

I re-installed the PSPICE, no more issue, the simulation ran normally.
