Hello,
What behavior should I use to realize ccvs (current-controlled voltage source) ?
I didn't find models with current input.
I tried this one, but this way it doesn't work.
Thanks

Hi JC,
Thanks.
For CCVS from this library the only parameter is GAIN, whereas I'm looking for mor complex source.
In the meantime I've found the EVALUE component from ABM library.
But it doesn't do what I expect - instead of Gaussian output (when running dc sweep) it gives strignt line.
It seems that exp function doesn't work.
In the shematic below - E1, E2 fail, E3 - Ok, but EXP output also fails.
Any comments ?
Sincerely,
Pavel.
Pavel,
Are you looking at all these waveforms on the same plot? If so, due to the limited sweep range, it could be possible that the variation is too small to show on the Y-axis due to the bias point.
You can try creating additional plots and each containing one individual trace to see if they are still flat. Or you can try running the simulation with increased sweep range.
Thanks,
JC
