Downloaded, installed .net framework and windows config hanging. Xp, pc latest specs. cannot get further, hangs on set up. Any ideas before i trash this lot?

    Hi Craig,

    I'm assuming that the SwitcherPro installer is hanging during the installation. Does the installer pop up any dialogs before it hangs? If so, what is the last dialog that you see?

    Could you also please do the following:
      1) Reboot your Windows PC.
      2) Delete all the contents of C:\Documents and Settings\<uid>\Local Settings\Temp
      3) Retry the installation.

    Assuming the installer actually starts, you should get the following log file C:\Documents and Settings\<uid>\Local Settings\Temp\VSD<n>.tmp\install.log. Could you please post the contents of this file.
