Hi Team,
I was working on a Piccolo uC from TI. Part# - F280049RSHSR
I see inside ibis model there are various components/models and for which the explanation/definition I could not get in datasheet/ website.
IQ0440FS_VREGENZ_USF
BT3308BT5FSHYPB_SFII
Can you please help me to get those details (maybe from your technical team) ? so it helps in my simulation activity
Thanks and regards,
- Abhishekh M L
Hi Peter,
Thanks for your response.
I do have the ibis model downloaded. Sprm689.ibis
Please refer to thread where I've asked about the devices/models inside and definition/explanation for them on how to be used...
Like
IQ0440FS_VREGENZ_USF

Thanks and appreciate people helping me on this
Abhishekh,
I have requested help from the IBIS specialist on this question, should be getting back to you shortly.
Regards,
PEter
Abhishekh,
The question isn't clear to me. The IQ0040 cell is the input model for the VREGENZ pin. The BT3308 model is for the pins:
GPIO16
GPIO17
GPIO24
GPIO25
GPIO26
GPIO27
GPIO37/TDO
GPIO35/TDI
GPIO41
GPIO42
GPIO43
GPIO40
This connectivity can be seen in the model assignment for pins. IBIS is used at the PCB level simulation to check signal integrity. See these resources:
Best regards,
Jason
Abhishekh,
I just heard from our design team that they will provide additional details to your question by this Friday.
Regards,
Peter
Abhishekh,
Below is the description of the two buffers:
IQ0440FS_VREGENZ_USF
>> Input buffer used for internal VREG enable/disable.
BT3308BT5FSHYPB_SFII
>> Input/Output buffer used for GPIO
