PSPICE-FOR-TI: Not able to run PSPICE after installation

Hi sir, after PSpice installation, it shows error message below and not able to use. Any suggestion to resolve it? Thanks.

"Pspice A/D licencing error ERROR(LMC-02955): License call failed for feature Pspice_TI,version 17.400 and quantity 1."

This thread has been closed and resolved privately. For anyone struggling with a similar issue, this is often caused by problems in the network connection. Please check your network connection with the Cadence link here:

If it does not say "Successful Connection," you should contact your IT department and ensure that PSpice for TI has internet access. If it does say "Successful Connection," please start a new thread describing the problem.
