PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can't Download the Software

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

When trying to download the PSPICE for TI software, after the "US Government Export approval" page (all info is correct), I keep getting this error page.

I downloaded once a few months back during the trial period, but had trouble with updating errors, etc.

How can I download the software?

Hi Darren,

Did you receive an email with instructions? The email should contain a download link and an access key for installing.

Darren,

1 possibility is that there's some change to your profile and it is out-of-sync. I got the same error as you have.

Please click the request button on PSPICE-FOR-TI PSpice® for TI design and simulation tool | TI.com and log in, then click your user name, select "profile" and review the information.

I updated my address after logging in, then saved the changes and went through the request again. The profile change triggered an update and I was able to go through the submission and received my download link / access key in an email.

Hi JC,

That solved the issue for me.

I just changed a lower-case letter in my address to a capital, then saved.

When I tried the PSPICE request again, it went through.
