did you get the TIDA-01623 board, or you build a board with TIDA-01623 reference.

if you build a customize board, please share your schematic and PCB for us to check

Hi Sanhe

since there is no PCB/Schmatic available, i could not identify the root cause, basically, you should check the polarity of the transformer Aux winding is correct or not, for IC related debug issue, you can also reach out to UCC28780 product line for more comment.
