PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can’t open and run any new files

Team, 

Can you help my customer resolve this PSpice issue:

Can’t open and run any new file. I reload the PSpice and still not working. Here how it looks:

I cannot create “New simulation profile”.

Also if somehow I open old file it started to be “locked”. You see this “lock” added. No simulation.
