TINA-TI does not like PNP transistors ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Hi, i'm trying TINA-TI and find something strange ... every time i place a PNP transistor in a circuit, for some reasons, the transient analysis window remain stuck for a lot of time and the fan of the system start at maximum til i click cancel, like it was making extremely complex calculations, also in very elementar circuits ... as example, i made this very simple circuit (VG1 is 5V square wave 10KHz, VG2 is 12VDC) ... til is only with the NPN, the analysis ends almost immediately (say no noticeable time) without problems

But if i add also a single PNP, as in the second image, as a very elementar circuit, transient analysis stuck at very few nS ... i tried left it there for say 5 minutes, and still at 0% and apparently locked, and all the time with NB fan at max speed (thing that happens usually when i use heavy calculations programs) ... does the software hate PNP transistors, or there is any problem with internal models or with the software itself ? (downloaded from official TI site, Version 9.3.200.277 SF-TI as in the "about" menu)
