Texas Instruments category is not available in PSpice for TI

When I want to pace a TI part on the schematic, eht TI category is not available from the pick list

    Hello Klaus,

    Did you encounter this problem upon installation? Or did you previously have the libraries and they disappeared?

    To open the TI library, please open PSpice for TI. In the menu along the top, please select Place -> PSpice Component... -> Search...

    A toolbar will open on the right, showing "Favorites," "Texas Instruments," and "PSpice."  Click on the caret next to Texas Instruments to expand the menu. If you see Favorites and PSpice, but no Texas Instruments, you may need to reinstall your library. 

    To reinstall the library, select Help -> Reinstall TI Models and Libraries. The reinstallation will take approximately 15 minutes. Please do not reinstall the library unless it is necessary.

    Hello Jackie

    I did try clicking reinstall TI Models and Libraries several times, but nothing happened. I was only when I lost my temper and began clicking it 5 times in a row that it finally started installing the libraries.
