PSpice for TI 2020 run error Load Library failed with error 126: the specified module could no be found

Hi Ed,

I am sorry to hear that and I do not think I have seen this particular error. PSpice for TI does not require additional Cadence software packages to run. However, it does require a few Microsoft C++ libraries.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message?

I just tried it again using remote desk and the I get the same error

I am unable to paste the or attach  the error pop up but the text is dialog title: "Error". dialog message: "LoadLibrary failed with error code 126: The specified module could not be found" then an "OK' button.

the software is install in the root directory. I also tried running as administrator no luck

This may be obvious but when you remote desktop into the host, it's the same user name as when you were signing in right in front of it, correct?

That is correct... but there is one little detail that I have over looked.. When I log to my desk PC,  I connect though our company IT support cloud and then then to  my company local server then to my deck PC not a direct VPN connection. (FYI there was a problem getting access at one so this was arranged)

I can connect to my company local server via VPN which will give me access to my deck PC.. I will try this later today

the cloud is our IT's server -- but no matter... connecting va VP to our on site sever also did not work... maybe I'll just install in two places

If you could, please provide a screenshot showing the error message. As mentioned, I use this over VPN and RDP a lot and have not had run into a problem.
