CC2640R2F: XDS110 emulator cannot be recognized by SmartRF Studio, Flash Programmer, and CCS

Part Number: CC2640R2F

My customer has installed CC2640R2F SDK as well as SmartRF Studio, Flash Programmer, and CCS for development.

However none of these 3 tools can recognize the CC2640R2F launchpad.

From Device Manager, we can see XDS110 driver seems existing.

But there will be no XDS110 target device shown in the device list from SmartRF Studio and Flash Programmer

If works with CCS, there will be also error that fail connects to XDS110.

Can you please help to check why this issue happen?

What's you OS? Does your LaunchPad work on another desktop?

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC。

The LaunchPad works with another laptop which is with Windows 9.

But anyway customer need to know why issue happen with this PC because all PC in company are all with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC

Is it possible that firewall or antiVirus software causes this issue?

It is not a firewall and anti-virus software problem, but a security audit software.
