CC2640R2L: FLASH programming through UART protocol

Part Number: CC2640R2L

I am Ivan, firmware and software engineer for SMH-Technologies.

Our company owns the FlashRunner series (TI 3P design support tools), universal in-system programming products for industrial and production applications.

We recently received a request from a customer about programming the CC2640R2L FLASH memory through the UART module; at the moment our system supports the programming of the microcontroller FLASH through c-JTAG and JTAG protocols.

On the TI website, I could find a reference manual and a datasheet of the device, but there is no information about programming the FLASH through the UART module.

Is it possible to program this memory through the UART module? If so, could you please tell me where could I find the programming specifications to perform the programming cycle through the UART protocol?
