CC2640R2L: Which debugger to buy for custom hardware?

Hi,

I am working on custom PCB with CC2640R2L MCU. Till now I was programming this MCU with the external debugger connector (XDS110 OUT) on the LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2 eval board. I know I can use the XDS200 USB Debug Probe for programming it as " CC2640R2L — SimpleLinkTm Bluetooth® 5.1 Low Energy wireless MCU " is in the supported products list.

Can I also use XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe for the same?

I could not find CC2640R2L in the list of Supported Products but I am using that currently from the LAUNCHXL board and I believe it should work.

Please confirm if I can use XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe to program CC2640R2L on my custom PCB hardware.
