CC2642R: How to recognize XDS100v3 in RF Studio 7?

Can the device be recognized in UNIFLASH, CCSTUDIO, or Flash Programmer 2?  You can check the Device Manager on your system to ensure that the XDS100v3 device enumerates correctly.  Drivers should be located under C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\drivers\ftdi.  Here are some additional resources which might be helpful:

Hello Ryan and thank you for responding. I will review the resources you provided but in the interim I will also answer some of the questions you asked:

1) The driver location you mentioned above is somewhat different in that it doesn't have the ftdi. Location as follows: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\Drivers\Cebal

2) The device enumerates in device manager as follows:

I don't think Cebal will assist with XDS100 resources.  What are your system OS and RF Studio 7 versions?  I highly recommend trying the other TI tools mentioned.

I have re-installed RF Studio 7 and also downloaded the EMU pack you recommended above but still not working. When I start RF studio and plug in my TMS320-XDS100V3 board I get the following error:

My RF Studio 7 version is 2.21.0 and my OS is Windows 10 Home

Still stumped on this one.
