CC2652R: Basic L2CAP Mode from BTool

I am using BTool from simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_5_10_00_48

Is it possible to send L2CAP data using Basic L2CAP Mode (not CoC)?

Would this basic mode enable me to send in this way Security Manager Protocol (SMP) data directly using the fixed SMP channel?

No. Our documentation indicates the SMP data is not controlled via the application directly. Check the reference at:

Perhaps we could take a step back and, in order for us to better understand your application, would you mind sharing what problem are you trying to solve and why do you believe this approach is useful? Perhaps that could helps us propose options to solve this.
