Hi everyone,

I'm trying to flash the firmware from the 4.40 version of the SDK on my device. I imported the code in CCS Cloud, hit the "Run" button, and get this:

Can you explain to me why?

I already tried to compile before running, reset the board, connect and disconnect it from the PC, use UniFlash to erase Flash memory.

Lastly, I tried to revert back and upload the 4.20 version (which was previously installed), and... everything works just fine.

Hi Pietro,

Which SDK example are you referencing and have you tried using SDK version 5.10 or 5.20? Have you considered downloading CCS instead of using the Cloud?

thank you for your reply.

We are testing the RTLS setup. The problem happens whenever we try to flash the passive, the passive, and the slave.

We tried versions 5.10 and 5.20 but we had other issues. Maybe, we could discuss it later.

At the moment we would like to receive support with this version of the SDK.

I did not experience any issues using the SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK v4.40 rtls_master with the LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1in CCS Cloud. Are you able to program hex images using Uniflash or Flash Programmer 2? You might consider posting a similar question to the Code Composer Studio Forum.

Yes, I'm able to flash the board with the hex files in the downloaded SDK version using Uniflash.

Why do you think this does not happen with version 4.20?

Are you sure it could be helpful to repost this question elsewhere?

It appears to be a CCS Cloud issue, not a problem with the LaunchPad hardware or SimpleLink SDK software, so I'm hopeful that their forum can provide more insight into the issue. If you were to have issues with desktop CCS then I could provide more assistance.
