If you have not received an approval, there could be two reasons, either:
1. You do not have a valid MFi license
2. Your request is still being processed internally
I will try to go through the download process myself to see if I notice any issues. Can you check to make sure your license is still valid? I believe this can be found at mfi.apple.com.

I can ask about the correct account number to use in the form. Did you see another account number listed in your MFi portal?
Also, I verified that the approval process works for me and I receive a download link.

I only saw the DUNS number, so I filled in the DUNS number, I didn't see the other numbers.
How many digits is your ACCOUNT NUMBER? My DUNS number is: XXXX. I can compare the digits of the number to see if it is the same.

Since this is a public forum, I think you should edit your post to remove the DUNS number so others cannot see it. I'm still trying to validate the process to make sure your request went through.

I modified the ACCOUNT NUMBER in the application form. ACCOUNT NUMBER is not in the Company Info as stated in the application form. It may have existed before, but it is no longer there. There is only company's D-U-N-S Number in Company Info.
ACCOUNT NUMBER is displayed below the login user name on Apple's MFI website and is a 6-digit number.
