We have just released an OAD upgrade app that should be able to upgrade all CC26xx devices that use the standard TI OAD upgrader.
The app can be found on the Google playstore under https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brainsystems.OADUpgrade and it is free for anyone to use and does not contain ads.
The firmware image files can either be downloaded from a http server or copied ono the device over USB.
