Hi Team,

Our customer is looking for a copy of the CC2564C BT Service Pack 1.4.1. According to our customer,

We are missing the download link for CC2564C BT Service Pack 1.4.1.
We understand the current version is 1.5 but upgrading will force us to recertify the radio portion of our product, and we would like the 1.4.1 pack that corrects an error in 1.4 (which we are using).

Can you please share a copy?

    I’m guessing the problem with the newer SP1.5 is the BT version number that the CC2564C will report, right? There is a way to keep the latest SP and use a VS command to lower the reported spec. It is explained in the SP1.5 release notes. This way, customer can still use the latest service-pack with all the security updates and have the controller compatible to BT4.2 (instead of 5.1) to the host and remote.

     Typically, we don't have older SP. This is a special request (i guess the customer lost the older SP).

    I'll contact you directly to provide the older SP.
