CC2540 - information required

I have recently purchased the IC-CC2540. Also I am very beginner to use this ic. It will be very helpful If u can help me regarding the following topic.

I want to develop bluetooth connectivity with with Cell Phone for sensing application. I will connect a sensor to CC2540 in its analog input pin, & it will transmit sensor reading to a cell phone.

queries 

1. Which pin are the Analog input pin that goes to ADC for A-D conversion.

2. What are the hardware required to program the CC2540.

3.  How to make the program. i.e. is there any code composer studio for programing the cc2540.

4. In the datasheet I did not found  any application note which includes a typical application like sensor interfacing (as an example, typical application note for a TI instrumentation amplifier includes different sensor interfacing ). 

I request you to help me , providing the above required information.

An easy way to get up and running is to purchase the CC2540DK-MINI (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/cc2540dk-mini.html), which includes a C2540 USB Dongle, keyfob board, and a CC Debugger.

    You will need IAR Embedded Workbench for 8051. For more information on the software requirements, please take a look at the CC2540 SW Developer's Guide (http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/swru271)

    The sample applications in the software development kit should help you with this.

    I have downloaded IAR Embedded Workbench for 8051, v. 7.51A, Evaluation edition, as mentioned in  (http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/swru271) document. But while installing the EW8051-EV-751A.exe, it is showing some error

    Error Access is Denied  

     

    I am using windows7.Does it have any compatibility issues with windows7 if so what should i do.
