Hi,
I am currently trying to develop on the LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2. Since I read that the CC2640 and CC2650 examples are compatible I tried flashing the Simple_Peripheral-example from the ble_sdk_2_02_06_07/examples/cc2650lp to my eval board.
I never got it running until I tried the examples from the simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_40_00_10. So i got a little bit confused and after some research I found this Thread where they talk about that the code wont be compatible because they use a different version of the BLE-Stack.
I found this to be very confusing since on the official ti page of the CC2640 you get linked to the BLE 2.X stack and the examples of it.
Am I misunterstanding some basic things here?
Would love if someone could clearify this for me
