We have CC2640R2F board, we flashed ProjectZero and SimplePeripheral application with no change. I am using android 11 version Samsung M31 Phone and Iphone 6s ios version 13.6.1.
On flashing the codes we are able to see respective Device name in the Ble Scanner app (in android phone) and nrf_connect (in android phone). But on clicking the connect buttom it doesn't get connected. It tried to connect and then it shows device disconnect.
Same thing is happening with apple device as well. But we have Ble from other vendors which get connected to the same app without any problem.
We think there is some configuration issue for BLE connection at the board side itself.
Kindly help us in resolving this issue asap.
