Extend IAR 30-day?

Hello,

          I am using an EZ430 RF2560 in my senior project. I installed the IAR 30 day evaluation 30 days ago and now I am unable to continue with my school project and not sure what to do. I modified the accelerometer code that is provided with the EZ430 RF2560 so that instead of taking data from the accelerometer it takes data from an ADS1231 and sends it via Bluetooth to an Android phone. The Kickstart version of IAR doesn't let me compile since it's too large. The error specifically is this: Fatal Error[e89]: Too much object code produced (more than 0x2000 bytes) for this package.

I still need IAR to continue debugging my project. What are my options?

Is there any way to extend the IAR period?

I am also emailing univ@ti.com and the IAR support to see what they say.

    Jorge,

    Contacting IAR is the only way to extend the period of the compiler. Given that you are doing this as a senior project, they might be inclined to help you. Support for CCS might be added in the future, but I don't know when.
