Hello Everyone,

We have an application which has to be developed on CC2650moda .

I am using the SPPclient and SPP server Code to develop my application.

I have dumped SPPclient firmware in one CC2650mod and SPPserver firmware in another CC2650mod.

I am able to Connect the SPPClient which acts as Central to SPP server which acts as peripheral and able to communicate via UART Serial terminals from either side.

and also when the SPPclient(Central) is disconnected from the SPPserver(Peripheral) i am even able to connect the SPPserver(Peripheral) to Mobile phone where i can communicate from there with it.

But can i connect it to multiple Mobile phones at same time is my question?

I need to use the sppclient app server firmware for my development as it suits my application....how to add this above feature to this firmware?

Hi Nate,

Thank you for the response.

Can't i add this feature in spp client and spp server example firmware because in my application i need to send UART data from one Host(microcontroller) interfaced with cc2650 via Uart over The Air using BLE to another Host (microcontroller) which will also be connected via UART.

As i have progressed nin understanding of Spp client spp server firmware which suits my application.

Hey Sanath,

You can change the MAX_NUM_BLE_CONNS predefine symbol to greater than 1 connection and this will impact your heap consumption so you will have to make sure this can be done in your application. Keep in mind you need to make sure the device continues to advertise once it enters the first connection so that it can be discovered by the other device (outlined in the related thread below).
