Dear E2E

i have just finished my cc2640 5x5m, i need to install wireless test for my ble. I have a header for the xds200 emulator on the board with JTAG_TMS and JTAG_TCK and nReset connected to 13,14,19 respectively. What software do I need to upload onto the cc2640 to check that it can advertise it self? My cc2640 is CC2640128RHB 

Also I have my cc2640f128 custom design, can I use my cc2650 launchpad programer to program JTAG on my next custom board? I understand that their is a jumper for the launchpad to the booster MODA board so I presume there is a way to do a jumper from the XDS110 on the launchpad to program my 10 pin JTAG on the custom board.
