I have referred to a simple link custom board link but I didn't understand much that what is necessary changes to debugging 4x4 cc2640r2f so I posted a query. I have a custom board that has 4x4 cc2640r2f MCU. I need to know what is the required changes.

Hi,

May I ask if you have managed to build your software for the 4x4 CC2640R2F? If not you may want to review this document or some of the "Similar topics" mentioned here.

Once you have built the software, the procedure to flash the 4x4 CC2640R2F is similar to the procedure to flash any other CC2640R2F. You can use CCS (use the "debug" button) or Flash Programmer 2 or Uniflash.

I already referred to that document but I didn't understand that what is the specific changes in the board file or something else. can you please elaborate on how to do this thing.

There are explicit instructions in the link Clement sent for how to create your own board file by changing the ones provided in the examples. If there is something in particular in this link you cannot understand then we will be happy to answer it.
