CC1352R: Help with DMM Example

Hi,
We have a custom board with CC1352, using two separate antennas for 915MHz and Bluetooth connected through a balun(0900PC15A0036E). When I try to run the below examples, they work as expected
- EasyLink sensor: I can see the sensor response on the Concentrator side
- BLE Simple Peripheral: I can see the BLE profile on my phone

However, when I try running the DMM, only the sensor part works, but the BLE is not visible in the scan. Can some please guide me on what I could be missing?
