CC2640R2F: Does the OAD function conflict with the external flash used in the sensor controller?

Basically, it's no problem to use the same SPI interface to control different SPI slaves since they use different CS pins. However, you would need to implement SPI resource mutex to avoid to SPI interface access at the same time. For controlling the same external flash from MCU and sensor controller, I think you also need to implement external flash resource mutex to avoid accessing to it at the same time.

I don't worry about mutual exclusion, because they all use the same place, or are controlled by the sensor controller (if possible), or directly controlled by the main MCU. I now want to know whether the OAD function will fail if they are all placed inside the sensor controller?

What do you mean "if they are all placed inside the sensor controller"? Who are they? Put OAD inside controller?

They refer to two devices sharing the SPI bus. I mean, there is no need to consider the mutual exclusion of these two devices.
