Hi Akshay,

You can use a XDS110 (like available on the LaunchPad or separately with the TMDSEMU110-ETH) or a TMDSEMU200-U, You can refer to the JTAG Adapters page for target connections, pinouts, and more information in general. You will need connections to VCC, GND, RST, TMS, and TCK for 2-pin cJTAG, plus TDO and TDI for 4-pin JTAG.
