CC2640R2F: OAD not working after success fully uploaded by mobile app

1. I have OAD tried multiple times through  Simple Link Stater app and it shown success in mobile app but old code is running not new one in launchpad.

2. After OAD Launchpad is rest but old code is run not a new one

3.So please suggest me which steps need to be taken or any changes need in firmware

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I can think about a few potential issues. First, there might be an issue with the image CRC preventing the BIM to load it. Second, the BIM may not understand a new image has to be loaded.

    I would recommend to run the device in debug mode right after the reset - see how to connect the debugger to a running target here. That way, you will be able to understand why the BIM loads the '"wrong" program.
