CC2640R2F: BLE5-Stack Component QDID

Good day! Thanks for all the recent help with my Bluetooth Qualification questions. In reading through SWRA601h, I had two quick questions regarding the QDID information in Table 2-2.

There does not seem to be a component QDID for the BLE5-Stack when using the CC2640R2F module. Is this an omission, or do we need to use a different chip to qualify our design with the BLE5-Stack?
1. Note: We use a Johanson balun and antenna in our design, and so may not be able to use the end-component QDID.
I noticed the BLE-Stack component QDID (135680) expires in July of 2022. Does TI plan to renew component-level qualification for the BLE-Stack on the CC2640R2F device?

Hi Kenton,

1- Your observation is correct, there is no component QDID available for CC2640R2 running the BLE5Stack. However, such component QDID is not required as we have the end product listing.
In your case, even if the physical layer has been modified, you can use the end product listing QDID. Your Bluetooth Qualification Consultant (BQC) will then assess the additional RF-PHY tests required to certify.
