Hi,

Are you referring to the passkey used in passkey entry pairing? If so, then I would recommend looking at Task 3 in the BLE Security Fundamentals SLA which contains information on how to enable passkey entry pairing as well as how to work with it. I would also suggest looking at the Passcode Entry section of the User's Guide for additional information.

I have follow the instruction in the document that you send me and is not work the phone is not request code in pairing process

Hi Asaf,

Do you have an encrypted characteristic? If so, then I would try reading it with your phone using a BLE scanning application. Some BLE scanning apps do not attempt to pair until an encrypted characteristic is read. Tasks 1-3 cover how to add an encrypted characteristic in the previously mentioned SLA.
