Dear ,

I used CC2652RB development board and test board based on CC2652 for rf function test. I connected TMS, TCK,RST and GND leads from EVM board to the test board, which could be burned by UNIflash, but there would be errors when I tested RF online. The same error is reported with the XDS100V3 compiler, with the following information, where RFSmartStudio is newly downloaded, and the XDS110 software has been updated;

please help me analysis it ,many thanks~

    Hi Cooper,

    This error could mean that the target device is not powered properly, the JTAG connection is unstable, or that there are multiple devices actively connected to the XDS110.  I assume that you are powering the target board and that the CC2652RB is shown on the List of Connected Devices from Smart RF Studio?  Also, have all LP-CC2652RB XDS110 jumper pins been disconnected such that the on-board CC2652RB is not connected or active?  If the same hardware configuration works inside Uniflash, and it appears that the Program counter and IDs can be detected, then the issue could be JTAG stability.  Make sure you are using the shortest wires/cables possible to connect the XDS110 to the target board.  You may consider submitting your custom hardware design to SIMPLELINK-2-4GHZ-DESIGN-REVIEWS for further review.  I've verified a similar setup using 10 cm TMS, TCK, RST, and GND connections between one LaunchPad's XDS110 to another's target device which is being powered externally.
