There is no BLE stack 4.2 for CC2640 (the latest version for CC2640 is V2.2). Do you use CC2640R2F?

Yes, I use CC2640R2F.

The latest SDK for CC2640R2F is version 5.30.00.03 and I would suggest you to download and install it to test again.

But all of my devices are on BLE stack 4.20. Hence I want to perform OAD on 4.2 stack.

I just install simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04 and build simple_peripheral_oad_offchip successfully. Do you install simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04 to c:\ti folder?

Yes, SDK is in C:\ti folder.

It seems that you put your project under C:/SDCT_COPY. How do you import simple_peripheral_oad_offchip to build it? Can you try to import simple_peripheral_oad_offchip to default workspace folder to build again?

My workspace is C:\SDCT_Workspace.

I can confirm alongside YK that I am able to import simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04\examples\rtos\CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL\blestack\simple_peripheral_oad_offchip into CCS 10.4 and have it build without any issues.

You would need CC2650DK_7ID defined instead of CC2650_LAUNCHXL in order for Board_KEY_SELECT to need a definition.  KEY_LEFT and KEY_RIGHT are defined in Application/board_key.h which should be local, not linked, and you would have several more issues if the Application folder was not contained in the Compiler Include Options.  HEAPMGR_MEMFAIL should only be defined if HEAPMGR_METRICS is as well, which is not the default.  Thus your software system setup/settings are quite erratic.
