Hi,
I'd like to have some clarification about the handling of audio when 2 SCO connections are established and the codec interface is used (audio not routed over HCI).
This topic (https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/bluetooth-group/bluetooth/f/bluetooth-forum/359567/dual-concurrent-sco-connections#pifragment-323377=1) first answer is not so clear to me :
- Is the audio from the two SCO connections mixed, in an audio mixer meaning (like addition of the audio streams) or mixed in the left/right channel meaning (first connection on left channel, second connection on right channel) ?
This topic (https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/bluetooth-group/bluetooth/f/bluetooth-forum/682127/doubts-about-two-scos-establishment/2516800#2516800) third response (of the 3rd question of the poster) seems to indicate that the PCM channels are allocated when a SCO connection is established. Does it mean that if I connect a smarthpone S1 first to the CC2564 module, it will stream it's audio to first PCM channel, and a second smartphone SM2 connected afterwards will alwys stream to the second PCM channel when an SCO connection is established ? Or do the channels are allocated when the SCO connection will be created ?
Is there any way by HCI events which can help to link the SCO used PCM audio channel to the BT connection ?
Regards, Jerome
