Thanks for your attention, BQB certificationm means Bluetooth Qualification Body, the test include RF Testing, protocol conformance test, profile conformance test, profile interoperatability test , We didn't do this test before, so I want to ask if we need a special software or firmware to implement this test , such as DTM mode, I'm not sure.

Hi,

Thank you for the details provided.

By reading around, it looks like these tests use the usual HCI commands. You should then basically need a device with DTM enable or use the host_test example to run these tests.
