Hello Team,

I am working on Simple Central project and in this I do not understand that due to which mistake the bond data in not being saved.

Using by this function I am watching the status of pairing flag and I am expecting it will be display "Bond save success" but it's showing all time "Encryption success" without "Bond save success" device is paired.

please suggest me..!

Hi,

Could you please do the following?

specify the SDK version you are working on
specify if the problem is reproducible on the unmodified simple_central example
verify and share the configuration sets for the Bond Manager through SysConfig (open simple_central.syscfg and see in BLE > Bond Manager)

In addition to that, I guess the piece of code you have added, "BondingCmptFlag[0] = 0x01U;" is here to verify if the code is executed but the message not-displayed, is it correct? Could you please share your observations on this point?

Firstly Thank you for your response,

1. SDK version - simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_5_20_00_52

2. Issue is not observed on the unmodified simple central example example project.

3.Pic_link (BLE > Bond Manager)

4. I am also watching state value, it is showing only 0x02(GAPBOND_PAIRING_STATE_ENCRYPTED) it means this piece of code

I would also recommend to do a diff of the configuration used for your custom project and the unmodified project.

Hi,

I cannot explain why, but I get the message "You do not have permission to view this directory or page." when trying to access your image.

Could you please try a different way to add the image (e.g. drag and drop the image) or even try to open a new thread?

I had checked the state value sometimes 0x02 and sometimes 0x03. While always 0x03 should come for the acknowledgement GAPBOND_PAIRING_STATE_BOND_SAVED.

Hi,

I am afraid I will have difficulties to comment further without access to the details I have requested.

You could consider doing a "diff" between the configuration you are using and the ones used in the unmodified example.

You could also verify of often the behavior (i.e. receiving state=0x02 instead of 0x03) and see if it could be related to have already filled the whole bonding list.
