CC2652R7: Error Code -2131 when using uniflash to program CC2652R7 chipset

When programming CC2652R7 chipset via uniflash, the error code -2131 is reported.

The Launchpad-CC26x2R1 board is used to connect to dut with JTAG.

Jumpers on the evaluation board has to “open” RESET, TMS, TCK, TDI , TDO, and switch to Extern Pwr.

Could someone give some insight what's going wrong there?

According to your screenshot, jumpers of GND, 5V, 3V3, RST, TMS, TCK, TDI. TDO, SWO are closed on your LaunchPad. I would suggest you to remove those jumpers to test again. By the way, long ribbon cable connection between XDS110 out and your DUT usually cause such issue. If you use long ribbon cable, please replace a shorter one.

We tested with all the jumpers removed. Also powered the chip with JTAG power as well as external power. We could not access the chipset yet.

Try to use Flash Programmer 2 to do mass erase to your chip to test again.
