CC2640R2F: Hang State Issue

Hello,

Same time CC2640r2f two devices flashed code and keep it for testing and almost after one month both device at same time(only half hour gap) in hang state 

after giving hard reset both device started working 

Both have watchdog is enabled 

Please suggest what steps needs take to resolve this issue

    Hello SenseGiz,

    What SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2F-SDK version are you using?  Is there a default code example programmed or has it been modified?  Are both devices flashed with the same firmware image or do they differ?  Are you using LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2F boards or a custom hardware design?  Do you have any more debug information about the MCU state after it crashed, or are you able to accelerate the issue and further debug the hang state?

    Hello,

    1]  SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2F-SDK version -> simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_5_10_00_02

    2]  Modified code almost one year running project ---WDT count is 5000

    3]  Yes both device flash same firmware image 

    4]  We are using custom hardware 

    5] I have again testing device in debug mode ....once this issue occurs i will give you more details

    This could be a heap or runtime stack memory issue, please refer specifically to the Memory Problems section of the BLE-Stack Debugging Guide.
