Hello team,

We started our project back in 2019 based on SDK 2.4. We're planning to add OAD support but the instruction here is for the latest SDK which uses sysconfig. Is there anywhere I can find the instruction for old SDK which doesn't use sysconfig?

    Hello,

    In general, the documentation is packaged to the SDK which should be available locally. Fortunately in this case the documentation for SDK 2.40 is available online here: Setting up the BLE OAD Environment.

    That being said, I very strongly recommend updating to the latest SDK. In terms of qualifying your Bluetooth LE product, I think you will be required to update to the latest SDK as the QDID used in SDK 2.40 has expired. You can leverage our Porting Guides for help with this.

    Hello Dat,

    The SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK versions and corresponding SimpleLink Academy Labs have been removed from TIREx.  I have thus included the BLE Enhanced OAD module for SLA v2.40 in the attached zip folder, which can be viewed by opening modules\ble5stack\ble_enhanced_oad\ble_enhanced_oad.html.  Other documentation is still maintained inside your SDK download under docs\ble5stack.  I also highly encourage you to migrate to the newest SDK for enhanced features and resolved bugs/issues.  You can review the BLE5-Stack Migration Guide for more information.
