CC2652R: If I could take this as a defect on manufacturing process?

hi,

We received some parts,but we found some signs of micro void or partide on die paddle during CSAM Inspection.It seems to be a defect.But what criteria should I use to determine if the defect is rejectable?Does the J-STD-020 standard apply to this problem?

Hi,

The voids should not exceed 10% of the covered area.
