CC2640R2F: Is needed that aem3 file must be added to git repo?

Hi, I'm new on TI-RTOS and TI development environment.

My question is simple: must I included the aem3 file to my repo on Git? I see it's a binary file generated each time I compile my solution.

In case I have to remove from repo, what's the entry for my gitignore file?
