CC2640R2F-Q1: RSSI drift over temperature

Hi engineers,

My customer found the RSSI value output from CC2640R2F-Q1 has huge drift with temperature (~ 20dBm gap between RT and -40C). Do we have guidance on temperature test or is that a feature?

    Hi Simon,

    In my opinion, this big gap is not expected.

    Some questions to the customer to narrow the observation:

    • How does the setup for these measurements look like?
    • Wireless or conducted?
    • What are the absolute RSSI values during the test over temperature?
