CC2652P7: Passcode protection

Hello

I try to protect my device with a passcode i have folow

The pairing work fin with android but if I unpair. reconect (with ble scanner) and when android request pairing i reply Cancel the connection are axcepted and i can read caracteristique

How i can refus connection or characteristique read/write for no paired device?
