CC2652RB: Some issues about bluetooth.

Hi team,

Here's the request from the customer:

The starterlink on the mobile phone can search for the bluetooth of the simple_peripheral project, but cannot search for the bluetooth of the project_zero. But following the instructions in the tutorial, the two projects project_host and project_zero can use the btool to search for Bluetooth. Why caused this?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hi Nick,

    The behavior described is pretty unexpected and seem to be caused by the phone. Phones usually keep in cache some of the BLE information (especially the scan response content) in order to save power. Re-flashing a device with a different image is not something  considered as "normal work", hence this is not properly supported.

    My recommendation is to try one of the following:

    - try to flash a brand new CC2652RB (or at least never scanned by the phone)

    - try to reboot the phone
