I have shared the SimpleLink_24GHz_Design_Review_Request_Form to review schematic for part CC2640R2L, Our company is start-up company, which is currently work from home.

By any chance they wont accept and not evaluate ? what should i do?

I am following up with the HW Team, please allow for additional time as they have been receiving an unanticipated number of requests lately. You can also refer to SWRA640.
