We could like choice BLE5.1 solution and we find two solution(CC2640R2F and CC2640R2L). which can meet our below spec?

a. BT5.1
b. Low power comsuption:
standby current:1.1uA
shunt down current:100nA

if any, Please advise me.

Hi Lawrence,

The main difference between these two devices is that the CC2640R2L does not include the Sensor Controller core, hence the lower price. Contrary to the link provided by YK, both support the BLE 5.1 spec. Another option which meets the requirements listed is the CC2642R for more memory, upgraded cores, additional peripherals, a better hardware accelerator, and the latest and most up-to-date SIMPLELINK-CC13XX-CC26XX-SDK support.
