Hi team,

Here's the request from the customer:

Customer followed the instructions of the tutorial to create a sunshineService in the project_zero example. According to the tutorial, he should be able to see the service he created, but the mobile phone cannot find the bluetooth of project_zero via simpleLink Starter. What could be the problem?

In addition, someone else found the bluetooth of project_zero sometimes, but finally the connection timed out each time. How to deal with it?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hi Nick,

    The instructions provided in the Custom Profile SimpleLink Academy lab should modify the project_zero project such that it has the SunlightService. Did the customer compile and flash the new project? How is the customer flashing the device? Are they using the debug button on CCS and running the device with the debugger? If not, then can they try running the device in this manner?
