CC2652R: About Multiple Blue LE controllers of CCC(Car conectiity consortium)

I are developing with multiple BLE LE controllers of UWB CCC.

Multiple BLEs must be connected to one mobile phone to communicate. 

I have only information about it written in CCC specification. 

" all controllers shall use the same identity address and resolution key. Each controller may have

a different random resolvable address at any time."   

Do you have any solution about multiple BLE LE controllers of UWB CCC ?

or 

we consider to modify rlts_coordinator, rtls_passive, rtls_responder example. 

or 

we consider it like ipad air earphone paired with one phone.
